A hot windy walk after lunch is nice

A good way to recover quickly after a ultrarunning session is to take a walk.

Recover walking in Alingsås

Here I am doing a recovery walk in Alingsås after a good meal consisting of prosciutto crudo, babybel cheese and a bottle of real cream.

This evening I will take my daily barefoot mile run. Can't wait, my pants are full of ants, running ants.
